Make use of your phone and its apps.

The purpose of golf rangefinders is to build a golfer’s confidence in knowing the distance of their goal. So if you haven’t learned how to effectively use it yet, then you can take your phone out and use it instead. Work smart, not hard.

If you are using an iOS device, there’s an app called Measure, where you can literally measure things easily. You can use it to know how far your goal really is.

Ensure that it is easily accessible.

Golf rangefinders aren’t convenient at all. You cannot easily bring them around because it’s nowhere compact. However, you can get used to it by making sure you’re wearing cargo pants or anything that allows you to bring it around constantly.

There are laser rangefinders that can fit on your regular pockets and even GPS ones that you can hang around your neck. But in case you don’t have that, wear cargo pants with huge pockets instead. Again, work smart, not hard.
