Retired General Russel Honoré Addresses Federal COVID-19 Response, Upcoming Hurricane Season
June 1, 2020Retired Lieutenant General Russel Honoré is an expert on federal disaster response. As the commander of Joint Task Force Katrina, he was responsible for leading and coordinating the military relief efforts across New Orleans and the Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina.
