How much will my website cost?
Sites start as low as $400 and go up based on complexity of features.
Will my site work on phones & tablets in addition to regular computers?
Yup, your site will be responsively-designed, meaning the site’s layout will adapt depending on what kind of device is being used to access it.
Can I edit the site on my own?
Sure thing! Your site will be set-up in a Content Management System, allowing you to switch out most text and images nearly as easily as it is to write an e-mail.
Will you provide help and/or tutorials to show me how to edit the site?
After the site goes live, I can come show you in person how to go about changing things. After that learning session, I can make and send short video tutorials recapping everything we went over, just in case stuff gets forgotten over time (at no additional charge!).
Will you build my site from scratch or will you use pre-made templates?
The site itself will be built entirely from scratch, no pre-made templates. Occasionally, there are certain complex features that may call for an external solution, but even then outside solutions are a last resort. In essence, no one will think your site is “cookie-cutter”.
What happens if my site gets hacked or something similarly crazy happens?
I take weekly backups of your site so any losses would be minimal. I’d find out what exactly happened, come up with a strategy to avoid future issues, implement these changes, and restore the site.
Humblebrag alert: I’ve been hired to clean up dozens of website hacks, but none of them have been sites that I’ve made.
You seem arrogant and your ads are weird, why should I take you seriously?
I like to have fun. My ads can be silly, but I have a solid track record of happy and extremely loyal customers (like Brandon Bulliard, quoted above). Everyone I’ve worked with will tell you that I make jokes, but I take the success of their business and my own very seriously.
