Similar to a water aerobics sequence, Aqua Yoga entails slow flow movements, utilizing the release of gravity in the water to stretch muscles in a new way. Aqua Yoga supports joint health, and the constant moving motion of the water helps build stronger balance capabilities.
The cherry on top is the floating shavasana at the end – pool noodles provided!
