2 Dead, 4 Injured in UNC Campus Shooting

Two people have been killed and four others are injured after a shooting on the University of North Carolina at Charlotte on Tuesday.

The shooter is in custody, but law enforcement is continuing a sweep of the buildings, the university tweeted.

A video tweeted by student Jordan Pearce shows people fleeing the campus library as police arrived at the scene.

The campus remains on lockdown, and students are being asked to stay in their safe locations.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
