Mayor Cantrell Declares Friday “Black and Gold Day”

Friday, January 18th will be “Black and Gold Day” in the city of New Orleans. All residents are encouraged to wear their black and gold Saints attire to show support for the team as they prepare to take on the Rams this Sunday in the NFL Playoffs.

Mayor LaToya Cantrell made the declaration on Facebook at around 5:00pm Wednesday night.

In addition, the Saints have announced that Choppa Style and the Ying Yang Twins will perform the halftime show at this week’s game in the Superdome.

What else can you do if you’ve already donated and can’t donate anymore? Share our content on Facebook and tell people about our fundraising operation. Call and email others who may be able to give.
