The New Orleans Police Department has identified a person of interest in the fatal shooting of New Orleans rapper Young Greatness.
According to detectives, 35-year-old Brett Scipio is being sought as a person of interest in the shooting but is not wanted for the murder. Young Greatness (born Theodore “Teddy” Joseph Jones III), was on Facetime with his manager when he was shot and killed outside a Waffle House located in the 2900 block of Elysian Fields Avenue around 1:35 a.m.
At the time, police released a photo showing a person-of-interest wearing a white t-shirt and black baseball cap turned backward. Today they have released an additional photo, shown above.
